View Full Version : Suggestions for text editing

I have an HTML website built in Dreamweaver. As I am not a designer all my edits go to my webmaster. I would like to be able to make minor text edits myself. I do not know anything about writing code… but can somewhat get my way around editing on other CMS platforms (Squarespace, WIX, Wordpress). SHould I easily be able to work my way around simple edits using the dreamweaver wysiwyg interface? My webmaster seems reluctant to have me edit the site… does he have good reason for this?

THanks for the reply. So… to should I look at transferring my site to a CMS (wordpress Pegasus) or is there to make my current HTML site editable like a CMS site (wysiwyg editor) easywebdesigner ?
