Its possible to run a local copy of WordPress through Dreamweaver so you can work on your website, is this what you mean?

If you are asking if you can run a plugin that's been designed for WordPress just in Dreamweaver then the answer is clearly NO.

What are you wanting to do?

they are basically plugins to extend dreamweaver. quite a few free ones about . i looked at a joomla one some years back but found it a glorious waste of time. also a pdo extension, that worked but was as bloated as the dreamweaver native pp code.
I saw when searching yesterday that the wordpress ext promises a WYSIWYG editor for word press themes but have no clue if its free or any use

Insert basic loops (wizard)
Insert headers (wizard)
Ultimate TagWarrior tags supported (NEW)

I see, just makes it easier to work with WordPress themes.

Not sure if this is what the poster was referring to.
