Hi Guys
I have just constructed an enquiry form in dreamweaver using the forms text fields etc.
My form has 13 sections to collect data such as email, phone number but also there are a few questions in there.
It all looks very nice laid out but now I realise I must connect this form to my hosting company.
Within this code there is only name, email, and message.
Not sure how I would tie together my form with the hosts code that they have provided to add on my website. Do I add this code into the head and can I edit it so that it will include my info?

This is the code they have supplied to add to my website:

<form method="post" action="http://www.example.com/cgi-bin/FormMail.pl"
accept-charset="ISO-8859-1" onsubmit="var originalCharset = document.charset;
document.charset = 'ISO-8859-1';
window.onbeforeunload = function () {document.charset=originalCharset;};">
<br />
<input name="realname" />
<br />
<br />
<input name="email" />
<br />
<br />
<textarea cols="40" rows="10" name="Message"></textarea>
<br />
<input type="submit" value="Send" />
<input type="hidden" name="recipient" value="email@example.com" />
<input type="hidden" name="subject" value="Subject" />
<input type="hidden" name="redirect"
value="http://www.example.com/thanks.html" />
<input type="hidden" name="missing_fields_redirect"
value="http://www.example.com/error.html" />
<input type="hidden" name="required" value="realname,email,Message" />

they are pointing it to a mail handling script in the action http://www.example.com/cgi-bin/FormMail.pl"
This needs to point to a real script. Your hosting may have this for you . then you need to edit this to the correct location.

you could however use yur own script then we could perhaps help you more. I use php scripts while this is a pearl script and i have no experience with that
