On chrome, firefox, and safari I have seldom problems with the way my site is, but whenever I view it in internet explorer there are plenty on links that the design is just off and the alignments are everywhere and there are images off the side of my layout. I was wondering how I could fix this. The site is http://gangsterpaintball.com and one of the pages that look horrible in IE is http://gangsterpaintball.com/SMALL/products/paintball_sandandas.html

any help would be greatly appreciated.

The way to fix it is to look at using CSS properly to position your page items. For example, you are creating spacing using empty paragraph tags;

Sandrags: We are the best when it comes to
        designing the headwrap called “Sandrag”.
We beat all competitors in comfort, style,
and durability. No other brand dares to come
close to our ultimate design of this piece.
Try it once, and you’ll laugh at the others
that try to imitate our ultimate headwrap.

        Where should I start first? Hmm… Let’s see…
Comfort, a double layer padding in the
interior design of the structure of the
“Sandrag” that gives you comfort and
absorbs sweat. Elastic, gives you a snug fit
every time. Adjustability, velcro, one size fits
all, adjusts to any size head. Stretchable
        mesh rag, allowing ventilation, while
contouring itself to the shape of your head.
Last but not least, different pattern designs
to put our mark down as trendsetters. Our
trademark will be our matching trim to the
head part of the “Sandrag”. For the most
part, I think we’ve hit design perfection from
the comfort to the style; I introduce the
        “Sandrag” to you all.

DO NOT settle for something less than our
best. Buy one if you can afford it, if not, go
        get you a cheaper version.

Manta Bands: If I had to explain this headwrap
in one word it would be, “simple.” A few words
to describe it would be, comfortable, one size
fits all, and stylish. The details on the
mantaband are it has a dual layer cushion fully
around the band, except for the elastic part of
the band that makes the whole contraption
simple so it can fit any size head. At last, the
rag has a stretchable, breathable material that
wraps your head while giving you refreshing
ventilation, keeping you fresh while playing in
the scolding heat.

rather than margins and padding and that just isn't going to get consistent layout across different browsers. You probably need to read up on the CSS box model and try again.
