Hi, I am taking a web interface design class and the software we will be using is Dreamweaver and Flash. Is there any advice that anyone can give to me since I have never ever worked in HTML, CSS, DHTML and Flash. I just don't want to walk-in this class with a blindfold on. Any advice will help. Thanks.

Yes, don't you ever use Comic Sans in your web interface designs :-)

If you want to learn web interface design, then I'm not sure what Flash has to do in that class. My advise is to start learning HTML and CSS. These are the necessary basics if you want to make things for the web. Dreamweaver is just a tool.
