I want to stop people from copying/pasting from my website. I tried the following:
<body oncontextmenu="return false;">

and it disables right clicking, but it doesn't disable copying with control-C. How can I disable the copy function altogether?

I know that if someone really wants to copy stuff, they can always get around it by using screen capture and other more general modes of copying. But I'm not that prohibitive. I know that disabling the copy command will take care of most of the people I'm concerned about.

Thanks

No, it's easier than that. If they are viewing your web page, all the files are already on their computer. Most people I know will just go to File->Save, to save all your files in another location (My Documents for example). Or just hit f12 and get all the browser tools with links to all your images listed. etc etc. Copying by using screen capture maybe if they don't know much about how the web works.
