I want to extract some content of divs and tables from a website

the first div i want to extract content from, looks like this:
<div id="s_m_HeaderContent_MainTitle" class="maintitle">Content I Want</div>


i need the data for an app, i'm creating

Web site scraping could be frowned upon and if the owner realised what you are doing he could block you.

no, it's not my website,
but i'm am writing an android app for the website, :)

oh yeah, ofc it does,
i was just thinking about parsing the data in php on my server, and sending it to the app,

but i found out i was able to do it all in java. :)
