Hi
I created a site with dw (with tables), when I open the site with google chrome it works fine, but with ie9 the menu and some items and not working correctly...

The very simple answer is not to use tables for layout. They are incredibly unpredictable and, as browsers move further towards web standards and new web technologies, it will only get worse.

but I cant make it with divs cause I dont have an idea about them :)
isnt there a solution to fix this?
or what can I do to convert this into divs?

You have some reading to do. Yes, you can convert everything; in fact you really must. You are standing in quicksand trying to build your site out as you want [with tables] and shall sink further every time you try to style it. Tables are very old scripting, served a specific purpose, and now used sparingly these days at most. The CSS was created specifically to address the problems you are running into.
