Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me?

I have just decided to start designing a website in Dreamweaver cs5.5, and since using this software a long time ago I am a little lost. I want my site to be as up to date a possible, with SEO optimization, modals, roating banners including text, and it must contain a catalogue for commerce, but really don't know where to start. Is there a good clear tutorial or maybe a template you recommned. Or any starting point which anyone can recommend me to???

Thanks for any reply

no one template i suspect but id suggest
you start with a layout, check dreamweavers perhaps
i prefer prestashop for shopping cart
jquery for banners
so many opinions on SEO, read what google has to say and yahoogle around forums for opinions

I have been following a video tutorrial on you tube...setting up in html code, and learning basics which is aimed at css.styles. It includes jquery, and will check out pretashop. The video says it will cover the basics of SEO.

Appreicate the reply and will reseacrh as much as possilbe, just a little daunted  , and want the best site possible.

Will also check the layouts outs, and forum information.

Thanks again
