Okay, because I'm clueless about a lot of things in Dreamweaver I pretty much make what I want in Photoshop and place it in Dreamweaver. It's still a nightmare. In this case on my contact page I have pricing. What I did is made a 600x400 block in Photoshop and imported into Dreamweaver as a JPG. It looks fine in dreamweaver. It looks horrible on IE. It's looks decent on Firefox. What am I doing wrong!?!? It's driving me crazy!!!!!! God forbid iWeb ever gets flash support/functionality and CSS capabilities......Dreamweaver is outta here! LOL!!!!!

By using an image instead of HTML text.

It's not Dreamweaver that is your problem, it's your lack of understanding HTML, CSS and other basics. In this case you've resized a gif in the browser (your image is 1000px wide and you're displaying it 600px wide). That's a recipe for poor quality. Other browsers just handle it better than IE.

By using an image instead of HTML text.

And, of course, that's the root of it.
