Hi everyone,

Me again :D This time my drop downs have inexplicably turned black (they should be blue), I think it might be the pages I visit that have turned black but I don't know for sure.

Can anyone help please? My web address is:

I'm on Chrome version 13.0.782.220 m and my OS is Windows Vista SP2. Glad to hear it's all looking blue for you though - although it means I'm even more confused as to why mine's doing that!

FYI My partner has tried clicking on the links on his laptop and the same thing happens, it definitely seems to be happening to visited links - he's also using Google Chrome.

Also blue for me in Firefox 6.0.2 on the mac

I've noticed that some parts of your layout is not centered on my 1440px width screen. You might want to fix that.

i'm still only getting blue in firefox or chrome 13 on windows ;)

have you tried putting
background-color:#000099;
opacity:.8; /* FX/Opera/Safari/Chrome */
at the end?

background-color:#000099;
opacity:.8; /* FX/Opera/Safari/Chrome */
-ms-filter:"alpha(opacity=80)"; /* IE8 */
filter:alpha(opacity=80); /* IE6/IE7 */

edit: your news items are very small and your text could do with some line height
e.g. p {line-height:1.5;}
