Those of you who use notepad++ download this plug-in

http://bit.ly/25e8E2 (make sure you get the right one for notepad++)

Install the dir and dll to the notepad++ plugins directory

restart notepad++

You should see a zen-code button on the menu bar

In an empty file write the following template code

html>(head>title)>body>div#wrapper+div#footerwith the cursor at the end of the code line press ctrl+e

:cool:

also try this...

div.container>ul#mylist>li.item$*10with the cursor at the end of the code line press ctrl+e

:cool:

What do you think about that?

I tried zencode before, pretty amazing..

I switched to notepad ++ some time ago, but I can not get used to 'zencoding' . Old dog learning new tricks etc ;-)

I didn't heard of it before, but it looks similar too Less CSS or SASS where you can also add nested rules, variables, mixins, selector inheritance, and more of these CSS weirdness :)

Its not a template engine or framework just shorthand to build HTML in notepad++
