When i search in Google a keywords, the google shows just one HTML file.

Yes, that's one of the many drawbacks of using frames. They're bad for SEO. I'd recommend to build it all over again to a well structured and search engine friendly site.

Just contact the one that was responsible for building your site like that and tell him that you're not satisfied about the outcome because of this and that he has to fix it. It looks nice that everything loads in a frame... no page refresh on clicking menu links and stuff like that, but frames are just plain bad for numerous things.
You can read about that in this article and the author suggest that if you want a similar effect, then you can consider to use iframes instead, but I'd recommend not to do so as well.

It is not that much work to fix it. All that has to be done is making individual pages of it with there own URL's.

Dear gentleone, i have read your useful article , everthing is clear. In this case, briefly don't use frame but what will i do instead of it.
No any comment for using what.

iFrame is being suggested but is it complete solution, i'm not sure

Like I already said, just make separate pages out of it. I can't explain it better then that.

dolftek, all web pages are made like this. No reason to reinvent the wheel :)
