Hi Guys

I have managed to build my own template with a little bit of trail and error. My layout is nearly 100% but my sidebar is out of position. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hi Domedia

if you look at the footer there is a gallery which is in the side bar, I need to get this up into the body on the right handside and I can not figure out what I have done with the css!

Any ideas?

Move it up before #content and float it. This is too basic for you cocoonfx :)

hi domedia

humm wish it where that simple :O) I used another theme and bastardised it with HTML 5 and changed the CSS structure. It seems that the page div secondary div are the problems as well as the primary div and I feel a div for not making notes on which bits a changed! I think I may have to start again :o(

OK I figured it out, I changed some key areas on the CSS which completely screwed the layout.

the below css is how I sorted the layout. Next task is to see how to have 3 side bars ;o)

#page {
margin: 0 auto;
padding: 22px 0;
width: 940px;
font: 13px/16px Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
background-color: #000;
}
#primary {
float: left;
margin: 0 -240px 0 0;
width: 600px;
}
#main {
background-color: #000;
}

#content {
margin: 0 280px 0 0;
-moz-border-radius: 22px 22px 22px 22px;
background-color: #FFF;
background-repeat: repeat-x;
margin-top: 66px;
padding: 44px;
position: relative;
min-height: 500px;
margin-right: 5px;
margin-left: 5px;
border: 1px solid #F00;

}
#main .widget-area {
-moz-border-radius: 22px 22px 22px 22px;
border: 1px solid #F00;
margin-top: 66px;
padding: 44px;
position: relative;
float: right;
overflow: hidden;
width: 220px;
background-color: #FFF;

}
