Somehow I thought my 2500th post would be more profound than this. Thanks to everyone here for maintaining this forum, I know how much work it is.

Thank you for sticking around and contributing so much to the community. Without dedicated folks like you it'd just be noobs asking noobs questions they don't know the answer to ;)

Lets put our effort into perspective...

If a post, on average, took me 1 minute to write then I would have spent 5.7 days so far!(That's a 24 hour day!!)

If I live to an average age, based on UK census figures, Id not be pushing up daisies until I have clocked 80 years [see note below] therefore I have used 0.02 % of my life on this forum. This does not seem that much but lets look at 0.02.

0.02 % of the US GDP ($14.12 trillion) = $2824 000 000

0.02 % of UK GDP (2.17 trillion) = $434 000 000

Conclusion is that 0.02 is a bloody good effort! and for FREE

[note]

(The average age is a very high estimate and I have arrived at this figure without taking my cooking lager, pizza, kebab, chicken nuggets consumption into account and apart from my 'Call of Duty' fast as fk thumbs I don't tend to move around much so the above calculation is a very 'Glass half full' outlook. The reality is that I could shave 20 years off that longevity estimate which will bump the 0.02 calculation up and therefore increase my overall effort)..

[note]

I'm at work and very bored!
