On the new site I am creating, I have pictures in the upper right corner of every page: http://barbosa.startlogic.com/test/index.html

I have been trying to make the picture flush with no padding on the right side, but as you can see there is white space.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions as I am stuck!

there are several things you can do, but to make things simple, post your html & your css relevant to the image here. we'll have a look-see & give the most appropriate code for it. For now it looks like a simple border issue...

Well before we get started, that image is way larger than necessary (1024 x 768 pixels), you should resample it to the actual size you are using it (204 x 190).

Then get rid of the tables for page layout and use divs with CSS. I suspect that's where the issue is coming from.

here is the code for the picture...

<table width="899" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
<tr>
<td width="699"><img src="gvlogohorizontal.jpg" width="400" height="143" align="left" /></td>
<td width="200" height="0" align="center" valign="top"><img src="bluelighting.jpg" width="204" height="190" /><br /></td>
</tr>
</table>

I resampled all pictures that were to large... I appreciate the advice!

Yeah..I am in the process of learning how to create css divs,l but need this page up and running in the mean time.

I thought that even in tables you could create no borders or padding so that all images were flush...??

Possibly, but it's going to take you alot longer time.
