I have upload my template via ftp in template folder, but it didn't show the template name in Template Manager.

I know there is a way to install template under extensions > install/uninstall but my internet connection is very slow, can't install by html.

It's crap joomla use wordpress instead. The code joomla creates is a complete mess. There are loads more attractive templates available for wordpress too IMO.

If you uploaded through FTP then it still should be seen in the Template Manager. What kind of template is it? Did you made it yourself? Are there any other files in your template folder such as templateDetails.xml and params.ini?
