So it have come to my understanding that I should use CCS instead, but how do you add transparency with CCS, or is this only done by coding? I have tried to search the internet for this, but havent rly come across anything yet.
FYI im not very well with coding.

Hope to hear from you.

How do you mean add transparency?

That's like say, How do I repair my car? without specifying the problem.

All HTML elements are transparent in that they don't have a background colour unless you provide one.

I suggest you try to learn HTML and CSS.

You can do it only with CSS, but this has some drawbacks. If you set an opacity on a parent div all the child elements will have this opacity too (eg. your text). There is a workaround, but is also tricky.

The simplest solution is to make a transparent png24 image (10px by 10px) and use this as background-image for the div. If you want to support IE6 then youn have to use a IE6 png fix.

If you want to do nice things in web design/development then you'll have to get your head around it sooner or later.
