Hi
I wondered what peoples opinions were on the necessity of having both the .co.uk and .com domain names and then what to populate them with, content wise, as I keep reading that google doesn't favour "mirror sites" but I also read that having both is better if you wish to provide services to the uk and international markets?
Any thoughts
Cheers

Just have one website and do a 301 redirect for the second domain. That way Google doesn't think your site is duplicate content.

check the views on canonical also. Its just an opinion but i dont think google punishes if you specify this and the regional site, .co.uk should be hosted on IP's / Server from that extension.
