Hey guys, i have a question im stuck on this problem. here is a link to my website www.precisepropellant.com (http://www.precisepropellant.com) . im making it for a friend and im just playing around right now..... how do i get the space between the top rock image and the precisepropellant logo smaller. see how there is gap between the two i want to make that gap smaller but everything i do messes up the rest of the page. any suggestions would be great! thanks, eddie

you have so you're nesting a div inside another instance of the div. sort that see if thats enough
<div class="bannerArea">
<div class="bannerArea"><img src="Publish/images/top_image.jpg (http://www.dreamweaverclub.com/forum/view-source:http://www.precisepropellant.com/Publish/images/top_image.jpg)" alt="Top Image" width="908" height="32" /></div>
you also set the size of that div as
height:85px;
width:908px;

excuse my ignorance but what do you mean by sorting? and also how do i change the 85px to something smaller?

do you have a reason for putting a div inside an identical div?
and change the attribute in the style sheet for that class

ok i got the attribute changed but it just moved the top portion of it up which is good, but now the bottom has a big gap how can i move that up?
