Page is: http://www.nwstar.net/Academy/IBelieve/iBelieveVideo.html

I'm placed a QuickTime video on the page (I did not make the video) and it opens fine in Safari, Fire Fox and Netscape. But not in Internet Explorer.

When I check for browser compatibility I get an "expanding box" warning and the message: Any content that does not fit in a fixed-width or -height box causes the box to expand to fit the content rather than letting the content overflow.

The code that is highlighted is:
<div id="apDiv23">
<embed src="I Believe Video Website 1_H264_640x480.mov" width="640" height="496"></embed>
</div>

It's because your video is wider than the div it's placed in.

Off-topic:
Using only absolute positioned divs (apDiv) for the layout will lead into more display differences.

How can I fix that?

Widen the div, which will break something else, which is why you shouldn't design layouts using absolutely positioned divs (or export layouts from Photoshop or Firewords).
