HI my question is simple. When I make a link on my page where there is text say for monster.com for example. ill write "Monster" and in the link editing section at the bottom Ill write "www.moster.com". But when I upload to my website it always makes the link like this when you click it "www.mywebsite.com/www.monster.com" . How do I make it so that it does not use my website in the link prefix. Also another simple question, how do I change the color of how the links appear on my page. Lastly, I am useing Dreamweaver 8 btw. THANK YOU!

re the link destination it is probably how you defined your site , check that
as for links colours you can edit the ,a. tag in css or make your links part of a class or id .
if you check my sig for different liks it will give you some examples

In Dreamweaver, if you link to a file that is not part of your website you MUST include the http:// at the beginning of the link. Otherwise DW assume you are linking to a file on your own site which is why you are seeing "mywebsite.com" at the beginning of the link.
