Hi guys,

I have been using Dreamweaver to create a very simple page, I've been using tables and the structure is looking ok for my purpose, so I have a few tables with sections of text in them, my problem is when I change properties of the text in one of the tables, the text in the other tables changes with it. How do I separate this sections of text from each other?

I'm sure this is simple to change, but my experience with web design is very little. Your assistance is appreciated

Thanks
Jack

Sigh... tables.

Give the tr or td a class so that you can style them with CSS differently.

Gentleone is right...Sigh... tables....You should really do divs, they are alot easier and better for the structure...

or just give each table and id and then you can style the text in them indidvidually:

#table1 p {font-size: 12px;}
#table2 p {font-size: 14px;}
etc.

And I'll add my vote for getting rid of the tables :mrgreen:
