How do you make a multi user Login (dreamweaver & database) as I can do it so they all go to the same page, but cannot do it so each user is directed to a different page ?

you could add a field in your date base for the link then you will have to modify the login code to use that link in the location function

Its not a case of showing you how to do this....

Its a case of writing it so you can paste it in

If you learn to code then you will be able to do anything you like?

It would be good to have the code so I can copy and paste it, and learn as I have made the login page using dreamweaver.

hi

your being lazy. There is a tutorial on this forum for log in. This got me up and running many years ago.

I will have a look at this, do you know if it shows how do direct users with different logins to different pages.

Dazza, I was in your position a while back, trying to cut across the field instead of running the whole course.

You should take the advice and learn how, rather than just try to copy/paste and then try to figure it out.

You will find that it is not hard to get to grips with, much quicker and you will be able to apply what you learn much sooner than just asking for the answer.

Better still, you should take DJ up on his offer (http://codezenith.co.uk/) as that is something you will not regret.

At the very least go through the tut's on this website here (http://www.dreamweaverclub.com/vtm/php-mysql-apache.php).
