hi again,
I have a friend who would like a website designing but wants a shopping cart on site for people to buy her products, I have no idea and have no experience with shopping carts etc
Does anyone have any advice on best practices and how they work and how easy it is to achieve it !

Hi
I found that romancart www.romancart.com (http://www.romancart.com) offered a really wide range of features for a client of mine and is easy to build into a site. However, there are a few hours needed to get your head around it.
There is a charge but I think for a fairly basic system it's about 49 per year.

On saying that, you may find the paypal system offers all you need.

The reason we went for romancart is that we had to capture a lot of info for the sale and it allowed more freedom to do that.
