Please keep in mind that i am new to website design/development... :)

I downloaded the program CuteFTP onto my computer to launch my website on the internet, I have transfered all files which were in my root folder to it, but when i go to view the website on the internet it is only showing my html pages without the attached css files and images. So basically when i view my site it is all just text!

Am i suppose to do something with my files in Dreamweaver before i transfer them into CuteFTP? I have been looking all over the internet to see if anyone has had the same issue.. but i have had no luck! so my only guess is im missing something really obvious here...

Your feedback on this would be greatly appreiated :)

Dreamweaver has FTP built in so there's no need for another program (although there may be reasons for one). It's likely that you didn't define your site correctly in Dreamweaver and that's the reason the links to your css, images, etc. are broken.
