I'm using Dreamweaver 8 and virtually every page has a bottom (and right scrollable bar). How do I get rid of these?

See attached image. The attached image only shows the bottom scrollbar I want to get rid of when the page has fully loaded. I just want a simple page loaded with no bottom scrollbars.

Or if somebody can tell me in Dreamweaver 8 Design window, what the sizes of the tables should be in order to prevent a scroll bar?

Set your table width to 100% instead of 1292 pixels and the td width to 100% also

////<table width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
<!--DWLayoutTable-->
<tr>
<td width="4" height="67">&nbsp;</td>
<td width="4">&nbsp;</td>
<td width="100%"><div align="left"></div></td>////

May or may not be related but you can controll scrolling to with CSS overflow properties

Add this to your css to control Vertical scrolling for example:

overflow-x: hidden;
overflow-y: scroll;

Say you are using an iFrame, for example... set its fefault scrolling to 'auto' and put the above into the css for the iFrame
