alternatively you can view the page source on the website
i applied the meta tag about a week ago and google said it has crawled the site on the 28th of march.

the only meta tag that might be of use is the description as the search engines will use this as your site description and 'possibly the robots but other than that they will not help you .
keywords for example have been meaningless for more than 5 years./
content, good linking good quality backlinks that would be a stsrt

Some text might help. All the pages I looked at were 'under construction'. No header tags to speak of. Think you are worrying about the next step on before finishing your pages!

To get your self noticed on google you need to also get some high ranking links or listing in directories. I would recommend Hotfrog and also set yourself up a google web masters account as this helps with listings in google.

Also your content needs to good and make sure the word density is good i.e if you a web designer in birmingham you make sure you have website designer birmingham listed within your body of text and other references to web design.

However you need to finish your site first and then get it live before optimising it.

That's a nice site :)

You are missing a couple of tricks there though. First, lose the 'splash/welcome' page. They are not good for SEO.

Secondly, scemantic mark-up. Where are your header tags etc? The page is just paragraphs at the moment. You need to represent the important items on the page.

Google will pick it up but it can take its sweet time :)
