I`m making a site with divs

my head navigation bar - <ul id="main_nav" > is laid out perfect in firefox and crome, but in IE - it has an indent, I`ve spent countless hours trying to fix this.

help?

Did you remove the margins from the UL? Possibly padding, hard to guess.

your telling me i could have posted that 3 months ago and been done with this problem.

Yeah, totally serious, if that in fact was the problem..

Remember that all HTML elements have some default padding and margins.
Sometimes those are zero, but for some of the usual ones, <p>, <form>, <ul>, they are not.
