Hi,
have this code for my newsticker, is this correct because it says there is an error with having two body tags on the same page, not sureif this is correct, can anyone help ?

I wouldn't recommend two body tags!

This is not a HTML document, it's an XML document.
You cannot validate a XML document as if it was HTML.

The XML file looks just fine, no errors.
