where do i place div tags??

is it in the body of the text?

another questions can i move them around using design tab in dreamweaver??

you should use relatively positioned divs which 'float " no you cant drag and move them around. you could with absolute positioned dive but there are other problems often associated with them

Div tags go in the body of your website to create your page structure. You are able to drag them around in design view if you position the absolutely but it can create problems further down the line if you don't know what you are doing. You really need to get your head around coding a page and positioning the div tags with CSS rules.

you can also use margin + or - to move divs around. access margin in the div properties then Box.
