Spry Tooltip and IE8

I am trying to use a spry tooltip with a .flv file. It works fine in Firefox, Oprah and Chrome. IE 8 refuses to play ball, the file runs without trigger and wont reset.

I've put a basic sample up at http://www.hollybushfm.plus.com/ I would be very gratfull if someone can point me in the right direction.
I am still rather green around the edges, so please be gentle with me;-)

Just in case this helps anyone else,
I've still had no joy sorting this glitch, however i have found an acceptable woraround by disabling auto play and keeping the tooltip open whilst the mouse is over it which allows the clip to be played manualy.

Now, does anyone know why (only in ie) all the clips play fine except one which plays at half the speed of the soundtrack. I have recreated the clip and it made no difference ARRGGGGG:confused:
