How do I get the div tag to show up in the same spot? Please Help.

I'm re-doing my website because it was too big and not centered.

Well I asked another question about my website yesterday and I got my website to be centered, but now I'm having trouble with another thing. In dreamweaver, the nav bar on the left is exactly where I want it to be but when I put it on my browser the navbar in a little off the the right. Then I put it on my dads monitor which is almost double the size of mine and it was WAY off to the left.. Is there any way to correct this so that it will be placed the same in browser windows the way it's placed in dreamweaver?
I appreciate any advice, I'm sot of a beginner and learning.

Your menu is hanging a sort of lose outside #wrapper. In other words there is no overall div that holds it together in #wrapper.

Put the code inside the wrapper div.
