I have built a company intranet, just a very simple one. As part of our ISO 9001 and 14001 we have all of our forms loaded to it so it is used as the central resource for forms.

There is only one problem with this in that one of the directors has asked me how he can email multiple forms to one person. The forms are saved a .doc files. What we don't want to do is have staff download the form and save a local copy we need them to use the intranet so they are using the most current form.

Dose anyone have any ideas how I can do this or is in not possible? I had thought of adding e-mail a friend but this would still be one form at a time and we can be sending 3/4 forms to people.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sam

adding attachments needs an alteration to the mailing script and the form to send needs multiple upload /file fields
your mail script needs to check if there are more uploads to process.

I have added the form feild to select the file to add as the attachment but it only looks for files on my hard drive, I need it to look for files contained on the intranet, Can this be done?
