View Full Version : Multiple Selections on a form

Hello all,

I have an issue I can't seem to figure out. I have a form that has some list options that allows multiple selections. But when the form is sent and I receive it in my email it does not list the multiple selections, only the last one selected. Does anyone know how to correct this issue?

For example, if the question asks:
Do you like:
Hot dogs

and you select all of them, I will only receive "Hot dogs".

I am using a standard form that is sent to the standard .php file that echoes the results to the email address in the form.

Assuming you're using checkboxes, does each check box have a separate ID?

Not using check boxes, but a list menu. Here is an example of the code for one of the options in the form:

<label>Average age range?</label><br />
<select name="Age" size="4" multiple="multiple" id="Age">
<option value="Please Select" selected>-- Please Select --</option>
<option value="10-20">18-20</option>
<option value="21-25">21-25</option>
<option value="26-30">26-30</option>
<option value="31-35">31-35</option>
<option value="36-40">36-40</option>
<option value="41-45">41-45</option>
<option value="46-50">46-50</option>

hot_dog <input type="checkbox" name="food[]" value="hot_dog ">
burger<input type="checkbox" name="food[]" value="burger">
