Four choices that I can think of...

1. Learn PHP and build one yourself
2. Use a pre-made CMS such as Drupal or Joomla
3. Look at Adobe Contribute to go with Dreamweaver
4. Use a blogging tool such as Wordpress

I also remember DWCourse mentioning another method using DW CS4 but he'll be able to explain that better then me :)

Here I am. In DW CS4 Adobe has added InContext Editing which allows you to update pages online but requires an Adobe Account. It's free for now although Adobe seems to be adding a lot of online services that I'm betting will be subscription based in the future.

I've played with it a bit and it seems very Contribute-like and promising but I really haven't used it for any serious work and can't offer a reallistic evaluation.

I've been looking into the webassist extensions and a solution they have called powercms. It reads very interesting and I may end up purchasing it for future use since it's a buy once use as many times as you want.

Look into it and see what you think.
