Hi I have read several posts about google custom search engine, but I did not find solution.
In my website I put google custom search element from my account on http://www.google.com/cse/


In google search account I add website for search.

When I try to search my website always have response "No Results"

Please for help

Have you given Google time to include your website in search results? It takes a while.

Hi, I am working on a seach engine for my web and was wondering what is the advantage of this google search as compare to the if i were to do one using CS4?

I guess advantages of Google are that you get the power of Google's search term algorithms. You can also include 'adsense' links in your results if you want to earn some extra $$s.

Disadvantages are that you have to wait for Google to index pages. This can take a while.

There's no way you're able to write an engine even close to what Google has.

Thanks for the link, i also notice that using PHP for search function in a site is the best.

Tried scanning through this forum but could not find any? any link here where i can do some read up? Thanks

it would be simpler to give google a try i would say
