Hi,
I am designing a ten page website, would it be good practice to have a global style sheet for css across the whole site and then also have a separate external style sheet for my 'for sale' page or pages to control the design for that page.
What I'm trying to say is should I separate the CSS to make it more understandable instead of having one long style sheet ?
I was also thinking of creating a nested template to for my 'For Sale' and 'Recent Reports' pages as these will have repeating regions or pages associated with them , do you think this would be a good idea !

Many Thanks,
Nick C ;-)

You don't want too many http requests for CSS files. It slows down the website.
If you have a 10 page website, I think one stylesheet should be enough.

This is basically up to your own best practices. Many will use a CSS framework to make CSS code more flexible. Some will separate typography and design etc.
I've never heard about anyone that has a CSS file for each page.
