Ok, so I keep on getting a error with my code for start_thread();

<?php
require_once("Actions/config.php")

session_start();

if(!isset($_SESSION['id']))
{
header("Location: http://localhost/index.php");
exit;
}

$id = $_SESSION['id'];

$sql = "SELECT * FROM ".$tbl_name." WHERE id = '".$email_address."'"
$result = @mysql_query($sql);

?>

Any ideas?
