doctype is not closed and you need to clean up stuff like
<blockquote>

<blockquote>
<p align="left" class="style3">&nbsp;</p>

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">Dreamweaver actually inserts all that, you must have edited the code.

Take it all out, build your site properly. You are using blockquote to create site structure and that is doomed to failure on so many levels. Do you not look at that code and think 'that can't be right'? All of your layout is a total mess on Chrome as well. Sorry, back to the drawing board and classroom I'm afraid.

well there a few errors, you should validate
there is no doc type for 1 and emplty <tr></tr>tag
itt is probaly to do with the row width of the table
quickest fix woud be to change the body colour to #F7C3C3.
better yet use dis and forget about tables

there should be a coctype ate the top of the page , this aids the browsers to render your pages
the empty <tr> tag is a table row with nothing in it
look at the row wheer you have your image links it seems bigger than your links and the body background ids bleeding throgh. i didnt look to carefully but if you address these and re post we can help you further
