DW connect DB2

hi.. im new with dreamweaver and PHP


i hope some expert can help me


i have project that need me to make program using php. i use dreamweaver as IDE and database located at iSeries.


my questions is:


1. how to make database connection from DW to DB2? how to configure?
2. is it need apache or mysql ?

plese tell me step by step ho to do it if possible
