View Full Version : links showing up purple underlined when i defined no decoration

hi, my nav links are showing up purple and underlined when i defined them black and blue in my nav list. any help greatly appreciated. thanks. derek.

This might sound strange but insure you used "zeros" and not "ohs"

Skip that,

You have #links ul li a:link, #toplinks ul li a:visited
#toplinks should be #links

I first posted the zero v oh issue as a couple years ago I posted a similar question on a forum after spending hours trying to figure out why a color wouldn't change. Turned out I insisted on using a "oh" and not a zero.
Just wasn't catching on to what I was doing. :(

wow thats a tricky one, that must have been a big pain in the ass to find out they were ohs. ROFL:mrgreen:

Yah, rather embarrassing and I felt like such a putz. I can't tell you how many times I typed the color code into my css sheet. The code only had one zero in it.
Of course now I can sit back and laugh about. :lol:
