I want to create a video Tutorial just like Lynda.com for my site in Dreamweaver. I want people to enter my site, click tutorial and they simply watch and learn about photography. What kind of software do i need to record my desktop and audio while i'm explaining so people could see and listen what i'm doing in photoshop ?

Screenflow for Mac is amazing - costs a few quid though...

Camtasia is good, but I think Adobe Captivate is better. Try a 30-day trial download (http://tryit.adobe.com/uk/captivate/?sdid=EIEPY).

I heard about Captivate.... is it better than Sreenflow ? ... Screenflow lags sometimes when recording.

I haven't used Screenflow, but have used Captivate extensively.
The reason I prefer it to Camtasia is that it has more 'legs' - you can create e-learning materials etc. and gives an altogether cleaner finished appearance in things like caption boxes etc., as you would expect from Adobe.
