because most of the lightbox is for images..

You can put pretty much anything you want in a lightbox. You just need to thing a little bit more creatively. I have used it to display the contents of an iframe for a few projects and it works very nicely. If you use the lightbox to display an iframe link and put the movie in another page it might well work for you.

"Can I display flash, video, or other content using the script?
Sorry, photos only. For other content, google for Lightbox modifications or try an alternative script such as Cody Lindley's ThickBox."

Yes, sorry fattat. d a v e is right. It is Thickbox we have used to open display an iframe. Many apologies.
