Hi,

I was wondering if anybody knew a program that will convert MS Word docs into basic HTML, not the 'save as html' built in function.

Basically i want to copy word docs, and upload them to a website, but not as word docs, just the text, colours, bullets etc...

Currently im having to copy the text, paste it into my editor, and add all the HTML tags mannually. Where the bullets would be and bold text etc..

I realise this is a complicated way, but its the way my worplace is set up to upload content to their website, they dont have a WYSIWYG editor.
And i was wondering if there would be a faster more efficient way of me doing this?! Maybe some sort of program?

Thanks for the help in advance :)

J

When you save from WORD there is an option to save as Filtered HTML

I have just tested this and it looks like its stripped out all the shite

Some CSS classes are weirdly named but its bare bones HTML

NOTE. No doctype included so this will have to be a manual process
