My experience is primarily building flash pages where I am able to place objects fairly easily. I need to build a supplemental .html page that contains the same background style image as the flash page. I imported the .psd to the stage in Dreamweaver and I'd like to add hyperlinks and text on top of the graphic.

Is there a way to do this in Dreamweaver? I've tried making the graphic the background but I can't seem to center the graphic. I've also used 'draw AP Div' but this seems to keep the hyperlink stationary and out of place depending on browser size.

Any help would be appreciated.

Scott

It appears as if it might be best to place a table and put the background image inside the table. I'm running in to problems getting the background image to span the entire table.

How can I span the image across the entire table?

Thanks

Scott

dont use table use a div, better to start off right
create a div position relative, width 100% and add a background image

I used the DIV tag to place the graphic but I'm still having difficulty figuring out how to place hyperlinks on top of the graphic. I basically need to place two rows of hyperlinks on top of the centered graphic.

Thanks

if you use an image as background this should not be a problem
