hi guys i want to know if someone knows something to protect from piracy the html source code or encrypt the web page or if dreamweaver does that.

impossible

when a user is looking at your site he has the source on his machine at that point

http = hyper text transfer protocol

text {HTML} is transferred to the requesters machine.

Its how the web works

Or you are just too "Rebelde"

You could actually do some fancy coding using PHP - ASP - ASP.NET and the code would not be seen by others, only the html part. But, I forgot, that's what you are trying to hide. oops!

even if you could you would lose any benefit from search engines reading your pages

thanks guys. i found a software for that "custom_htmlprotector" but like one of you guys said i don't wanna lose the benefit of search engines.
