you really need to do it a tutorial to learn more about how forms work.

There are two parts to making a form work.

You have the actual HTML form (the code above) and you also have a script that processes the form once the submit button has been clicked. These scripts are commonly written in PHP but not exclusively, there's one available for download from this site I think. This is where you place your email address.

Also if you are wanting the form to send an email the HTML above needs to look something like this, see where you have the action this should be POST and it should point to the script you are going to be using. These settings can be changed via the code or via Dreamweaver's property inspector if you prefer not to use code.

<form id="contactForm" name="contactForm" method="post" action="Scripts/formProcess.php">
<fieldset class="sms">

<label for="name">
<span>*Name:</span>
<input type="text" name="name" id="name" />
</label>

<label for="telNum">
<span>*Tel No:</span>
<input type="text" name="telNum" id="telNum" />
</label>

<label for="PostalCode">
<span>*Postcode:</span>
<input type="text" name="PostalCode" id="PostalCode" />
</label>

<label for="email">
<span>Email:</span>
<input type="text" name="email" id="email" />
</label>

</fieldset>
<div><input type="submit" value="Submit" /></div>
</form>
