Hola name is Shaun and this is my first post here, and yes i am a dreamweaver noob! i had this program for so long but i never put it to use. lately my friends and i have been crying about our website not being up to par. so we took over and started it from the ground up. my page is very very basic right now but i want to learn how to get it to look nicer and to have the lay out better!
here is my site so far
www.highrevcustoms.com (http://www.highrevcustoms.com)
now don't get to mad at me i just started it on monday and i got only my car in there so far i am working on everyones car as we speak :)
but i don't seem to understand the frame work on dream weaver under frame sets. clicked on it and i started working on it and it didn't work as you can see if you go to
www.highrevcustoms.com/test.htm (http://www.highrevcustoms.com/test.htm)

CSS site design is a very technical process for a beginner. Read some tutorials. Google for a few weeks. Then come back.

well first do not try to follow the frame set route , this inot a recomended way of creating sites. also it is better to use divs / layers than tables anther thing of the opast im glad to say. Yes read some tuts, but most of all get stuck in . try a experimental site for your self.
In the templates (look up to the bar at the top of this forum )there are many designd that you could use to experiment with and change.
Also if you follow the different lonk s link in my signature there is a very simple example of a page made with divs.

good luck and shout if you need help
