Might have done it with a template. Is there a folder called Templates anywhere in the site?

This is how it looks at the bottom of the page. I want to put some href links next to <sports nutrition superstore ltd>

<tr>
<td colspan="2"><div align="center"><img src="images/template/footer-div.jpg" alt="" width="988" height="8" longdesc="" /></div>
<div align="center">

<p>Sports Nutrition Superstore Ltd - sports supplements and bodybuilding products<br />
<span class="footer">Copyright &copy; 2007 Sports Nutrition Superstore. All rights reserved.</span><br />
</p>
</div></td>
</tr>
</table>
</body>
<!-- InstanceEnd --></html>
<?php require(DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'application_bottom.php'); ?>

that suggests it is a template. if you sdo not have the template any more post your whole code and the template parts can be deleted making it a new editable page

Welcome aboard,

Unless I am misunderstanding something, look for a file called application_bottom.php this file may have your footer info.

Oh how true this is.
It will however help to make you a good webmaster.

No, that is a Cascading Style Sheet (CSS). It won't have locked anything. Colo is right, look in your whole file structure for files with .php after them.

I managed to find that application_bottom.php file but it doesnt seem to be the one.

The part id like to edit is at the bottom of the index page, but when im trying to edit it, for some reason it will not let me.

The computer makes a noise at me.

Am i allowed to post my website so you can understand where i want these text links to go??

How about the entire raw code for your index page, not the browser source side.

It won't be long before someone will think a "webmaster" is some new WOW character type or something... lol

From what we have seen so far the application_bottom.php file is being "included" or called to be a part of the bottom of the page, so that seems to say that is where your footer is coming from. Paste the code from your CodeView of the index page and the application_bottom.php page. It may have another include in it.
